颈外静脉留置针用于化疗泵持续化疗的临床观察

摘要目的：了解化疗泵持续化疗经颈外静脉留置的临床意义。方法：选择胃、肠癌症术后化疗患者60例，随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例，观察组采用颈外静脉留置针，对照组采用外周肢体静脉留置针，就两组外渗例数、输注时间及发生静脉炎等数据进行统计学分析。结果：两组在输注时间、外渗及静脉炎发生率方面有明显的差异，P＜0.05。结论：化疗泵持续化疗经颈外静脉留置与经外周静脉留置相比具有发生外渗及静脉炎并发症少，能减少护理工作量等优点。

The clinical observation that the external jugular vein retaining needle used in lasting chemotherapy of pump

Objective Understand the clinical meaning of the external jugular vein retaining needle is used in lasting chemothera-pies of pump of chmotherapy. Methods: 60 cases were divided into predictive group and the conventional group randomly. Thepredictive group used external jugular vein retaining needle; and the conventional gruop used peripheral vein retaining needle.Watch the cases of injection time, ooze, and vein inflammation, and carry on statistical analysis. Results: There are obvious dif-ferences in injection time, ooze, and vein inflammation. P<0.05. Conclusion: External jugular vein retaining needle used inlasting chemotherapies of pump can reduce the cases of ooze, and vein inflammation; and can reduce the works of nursing care.
