| 摘 要： | 目的评价眼部化学及热烧伤后睑球粘连行睑球粘连分离术联合羊膜移植术的疗效。方法21例(21眼)化学及热烧伤后睑球粘连行睑球粘连分离术联合羊膜移植术。结果21眼术后睑球粘连治愈8只眼(38.1%),好转7只眼(33.3%),无效6只眼(28.6%)。结论对于化学及热烧伤后睑球粘连行睑球粘连分离术联合羊膜移植术,能有效地缓解或部分治愈睑球粘连。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of synechiolysis combined amniotic membrane grafting in treating a- tretoblepharia post chemistry and thermal bum injury. Methods 21 cases of such patients were performed synechiolysis combined amniotic membrane grafting operation. Results 8 eyes were healing well（38.1% ）. 7 eyes were improved （33.3 % ）. However, 6 eyes were inefficacy（28.6 % ）. Conclusion Synechiolysis combined amniotic membrane grafting operation could relieve or part cure atretoblepharia pest chemistry and thermal bum injury efficiently. |
