| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺癌再次手术方法和并发症的预防。方法回顾分析68例甲状腺癌再次手术的临床资料。结果本组68患者中除外3例术后有短期的轻度口唇麻木外，余均无并发症的发生。结论严格手术人员的培训，认真细致的术中操作及被膜保留技术是防止产生手术并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operation methods and how prevention complications of reoperation for thyroid carcinoma.Methods The material of 68 cases of reoperation for thyroid carcinoma was reviewed and analysed.Results There were 3 cases of the patients had lip numbness in little time.No special complications was discovered.Conclusion The keys for prevention the complications of reoperation for thyroid carcinoma are the experiences of surgeon,in real earnest operation work and technique of capsular dissection to do this work. |
