磷脂酰胆碱拮抗自由基致小鼠微核作用的研究

摘    要:应用小鼠周血正染红细胞(NCE)微核实验,评价臭氧产生的自由基对细胞遗传毒理效应及其磷脂酰胆碱对其遗传的损伤的保护作用.实验结果显示:臭氧可使小鼠NCE微核率明显增高,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01)而磷脂酰胆碱对自由基诱导微核作用有明显的抑制.提示:磷脂酰胆碱具有拮抗自由基造成的DNA氧化损伤作用.

Abstract:Using the method of mouse blood normochromatic erythocytes (NCE) mi-cronuleus, examined that the free radical induced the cellular genetic toxicity effect and phos-phatidylcholine protected the effect to the genetic material. The results indicated that the fre-quceney of NCE micronulei in the oxidative group was significantly higher than the clutrol group was significantly higher than the clutrol group (P<0. 01) and phosphati-dylcholine showed inhibitory effect against the free radical in inducing micronuclei. It suggested that phosphatidylcholine possessed supressive effect on the mutagenic activity (oxidative DNA damage)of the free radical
