Activin在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义

目的:检测activin在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达,探讨activin的表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉亲和素-生物素-过氧化物霉复合物(SABC)方法,检测40例上皮性卵巢癌组织,20例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织,20例正常卵巢组织中activin的表达情况。结果:上皮性卵巢癌组织中activin的阳性表达率为67.5%,高于良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织的25%及10%(P<0.05),与组织学类型、临床分期无相关性(P>0.05),与组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Activin在上皮性卵巢癌组织中皆呈高表达,提示activin可能与上皮性卵巢癌的浸润、转移有关。

Expression of activin in epithelial ovarian cancer and its significance

Objective:To study the expression of activin and its relation to histological type,grade,surgical stage and lymphatic metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of activin in 40 case of epithelial ovarian cancers,20 case of benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 20 case of normal ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry'streptomycin-avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(SABC)method.Results:Activin was expressed 67.5%(27/40)in epithelial ovarian cancers,25%(5/20)in benign epithelial ovadan tumors and 10%(2/20)in normal ovarian tissues.The expression of activin was significantly higher in epithelial ovarian cancers than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues(P<0.001).The overexpression of activin was related to the histological grade and lymphatic metastasis,no relationship with the histological type and surgical stage(P>0.05).Conclusion:The overexpression of activin may be related with the invasion and metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer.
