氨溴索联合小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗小儿重症肺炎疗效观察

目的观察氨溴索和小剂量肝素联合雾化吸入治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法 53例小儿重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组27例,雾化组26例。雾化组除接受与对照组相同的常规治疗外,雾化吸入氨溴索和小剂量肝素联合治疗。观察和比较两组临床治疗总有效率,临床体征消失时间及红细胞压积与血粘度的变化情况。结果雾化组疗效较对照组有明显改善,雾化组总有效率为85.19%;对照组总有效率为65.38%,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。雾化组患者各种临床体征,如气促、鼻翼扇动、三凹征、紫绀和肺部啰音等平均消失时间较对照组缩短明显（P〈0.01）。雾化组治疗后的红细胞压积较对照组有明显增加（P〈0.05）,血粘度较对照组有明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论氨溴索联合小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗小儿重症肺炎疗效满意,无不良反应发生。
