| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清联合个体化敏感抗生素治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将53例老年性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组25例。对照组单纯应用个体化敏感抗生素治疗,痰热清治疗组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后发热症状有明显改善,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组总有效率85.7%,对照组总有效率68.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论痰热清联合个体化敏感抗生素治疗老年性肺炎有良好的疗效。
