| 摘 要： | 目的研究益气养阴解毒方对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长的抑制作用。方法复制C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌模型,将60只接种Lewis肺癌的C57BL/6小鼠随机分为6组：对照组（A组）,益气养阴解毒方低剂量组（B组）、中剂量组（C组）、高剂量组（D组）,顺铂（DDP）组（E组）,益气养阴解毒方联合DDP组（F组）,每组10只,接种次日开始给药,中药连续灌胃26天,DDP隔日腹腔注射,观察移植瘤生长及小鼠一般健康情况,接种后第28天处死动物,称各组瘤重,计算抑瘤率。结果 ：B、C、D组对肿瘤均有较明显抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为19.30%、32.83%、34.59%,瘤重低于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）,D组抑瘤率高于B、C组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;E组抑瘤率为51.38%,高于各中药组,F组抑瘤率达83.71%,与其他各组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论益气养阴解毒方具有较好的抑瘤作用,与DDP联合使用抑瘤作用明显增强。
