| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法 48例耐多药肺结核分成介入治疗组（29例）和标准对照组（19例）,均采用18个月化疗方案治疗,介入治疗组又分为支气管镜介入治疗组（18例）和经皮肺穿刺空洞内给药治疗组（11例）。结果通过提高抗结核药物局部浓度,可有效控制耐药结核菌生长。临床观察空洞闭合率,其中支气管镜治疗组为66.7%,肺穿刺治疗组为70%,均优于单纯化疗组（42.8%）,痰菌阴转速度快,三个月时肺穿刺介入治疗组痰菌阴转率已达到72.7%,而单纯化疗组为56.3%,气管镜介入治疗组18个月时痰菌转阴率为100%,优于单纯化疗组（85.7%）。结论对于耐多药结核病,在全身化疗基础上,根据不同适应症尽早采取介入治疗,可以有效提高化疗成功率,达到满意的临床疗效。
