| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参注射液治疗支气管哮喘（哮喘）患者的疗效及对CD4＋CD25＋Treg调节性T细胞（CD4＋CD25＋）的影响,探讨丹参注射液治疗哮喘的新机制。方法 62名哮喘患者随机分成对照组和丹参治疗组,记录试验前、后患者的临床症状评分、FEV1、PEF,流式细胞仪检测患者外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）中CD4＋CD25＋Treg的比例。结果两组患者临床症状评分均较治疗前显著减少,治疗组的减少更为明显,且与对照组相比,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组患者FEV1、PEF、CD4＋CD25＋Treg的比例均较治疗前显著增加,治疗组的增加更为明显,且与对照组相比,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论丹参注射液可有效治疗哮喘,其机制可能与促进CD4＋CD25＋Treg的产生有关。
