血清Periostin水平在儿童支气管哮喘控制管理中的临床意义*

目的 探讨Periostin在支气管哮喘发病过程中的作用，以及在哮喘控制管理中的临床意义。方法 选取白求恩国际和平医院支气管哮喘患儿148例为哮喘组，按其控制水平分为哮喘未控制组58例、部分控制组45例、良好控制组45例。同期选取健康体检儿童27例作为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测其血清Periostin水平，哮喘患儿行肺功能检查。结果 ①支气管哮喘未控制组血清Periostin水平高于对照组、部分控制组及良好控制组（P?<0.05）；②支气管哮喘良好控制组血清Periostin水平低于对照组（P?<0.05）；③支气管哮喘部分控制组血清Periostin水平与对照组和良好控制组比较，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）；④支气管哮喘未控制组、部分控制组、良好控制组肺功能FEV1 %处于递增趋势（P?<0.05）；⑤哮喘组患儿血清Periostin水平与FEV1 %呈负相关（r?=-0.729，P?=0.000）。结论 未控制的哮喘患儿血清Periostin水平升高，但其水平不能判断疾病控制情况。

Clinical significance of serum Periostin in children bronchial asthma*

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum Periostin in children asthmatic. Methods A total of 148 cases of children asthma were involved in this study. Children were sub-grouped into uncontrolled asthma (n?=?58), partly controlled asthma (n?=?45), complete controlled asthma (n?=?45) and healthy controls (n?=?27). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed to detect the serum Periostin. Lung function was examined in all asthmatic children.
