护生伦理敏感性量表的汉化及信效度检验

目的 汉化护生伦理敏感性量表(ethical sensitivity questionnaire for nursing students, ESQ-NS)并验证其信效度。 方法 严格遵守Brislin翻译模式对英文版ESQ-NS进行翻译、回译及文化调试等，形成中文版ESQ-NS。采用便利抽样法，从某高校抽取226名护生进行问卷调查，检验信效度。 结果 中文版ESQ-NS包含尊重个人、分配公平和保护病人隐私三个维度，共11个条目。各条目水平的内容效度为0.833~1.000，量表水平的内容效度为0.933。探索性因素分析提取出3个公因子，累计方差贡献率为76.393%，各条目因子载荷为0.723~0.914。验证性因素分析显示模型基本适配。总量表的Cronbach′s α系数为0.926，各维度的Cronbach′s α系数为0.803~0.931；总量表的折半信度为0.870，各维度的折半信度为0.804~0.912。 结论 中文版ESQ-NS有良好的信效度，可用于评估我国护生的伦理敏感性水平。

Chinesization and validity test of ethical sensitivity questionnaire for nursing students

Objective To translate the English version of ethical sensitivity questionnaire for nursing students(ESQ-NS) into chinese, and test its reliability and validity. Methods Strictly following the Brislin translation mode, the English version of ESQ-NS was translated, translated back and adjusted to form the Chinese version of ESQ-NS.The convenience sampling method was used to test the reliability and validity in 226 nursing students from a university by questionnaire. Results The Chinese version of ESQ-NS contained 11 items including respect for individuals, distributive justice and protection of patients′ privacy.The content validity of each item level was 0.833-1.000, and the content validity of scale level was 0.933.Three common factors were extracted using the exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 76.393%, and the factor load of each item was 0.723-0.914.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model was basically fit.The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the total amount table was 0.926, and the Cronbach′s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.803-0.931.The half-fold reliability of the total amount table was 0.870, and the half-fold reliability of each dimension was 0.804-0.912. Conclusions The Chinese version of ESQ-NS has good reliability and validity, which can be used to evaluate the ethical sensitivity of nursing students in China.
