胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉参数比值对胎儿宫内缺氧的诊断价值分析

摘    要:分析胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉参数比值对胎儿宫内缺氧的诊断价值。回顾性分析本院2012年8月至2017年8月期间诊治的胎儿宫内缺氧孕妇的临床资料(观察组,n=60),彩色多普勒超声检测分析胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉各项参数并计算各指标的比值。以本院同期健康孕妇为对照组(n=60)。结果显示:与对照组比较,观察组胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉31~36周及37~41周的阻力指数、搏动指数、脐动脉与大脑中动脉阻力指数比值和搏动指数比值均明显降低(P<0.05)。因此,胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉参数比值降低可作为胎儿宫内缺氧的诊断指标。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to analyze the diagnostic value of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery ratio in fetal hypoxia.The clinical data of fetal intrauterine anoxia in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2017 (n=60, observation group) were analyzed retrospectively. The parameters of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound and the ratio of each index was calculated. The healthy women in the same period and the same hospital were selected as control group (n=60). The results showed that compared with the control group, the resistance index and pulsation index of the umbilical artery and the middle cerebral artery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the 31~36 and 37~41 weeks, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The ratio of the umbilical artery resistance index to the middle cerebral artery and the ratio of pulsation index in the 31~36 and 37~41 weeks of the observation group were significantly lower, and the difference had significant statistical value (P<0.05). So the ratio of umbilical artery to middle cerebral artery has important reference value for the diagnosis of fetal anoxia, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
