基于双聚类的国内卫生政策与体系研究热点分析

目的：梳理国内卫生政策与体系研究领域文献并进行可视化分析。方法：以知网、万方为数据源，检索1999-2018年该领域发表的文献，采用gCLUTO 2.0对关键词进行双向聚类，借助可视化软件CiteSpace探测该领域的研究前沿。结果：经筛选得到相关文献276 13篇，聚类分析得到卫生资源配置、公共卫生服务、医疗卫生服务体系建设、公立医院改革、基本药物制度、社区卫生服务、农村卫生、医院的管理与发展、医疗保障9个研究主题。结论：随着新医改的实施，我国卫生政策与体系研究发展迅速并逐渐走向成熟，研究重点更加明确，研究前沿呈现多样化。

Dual cluster-based analysis of hotspots in papers on domestic health policy and system

Objective To analyze the papers on domestic health policy and system by visualized analysis. Methods The papers on domestic health policy and system published in 1999-2018 were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang databases. The key words in these papers were dually clustered by gCLUTO2.0 and the study frontiers in these papers were identified by CiteSpace. Results A total of 27613 papers on domestic health policy and system were included in this study, in which 9 study topics were identified by cluster analysis, including allocation of health resource, public health service, construction of medical and health service system, public hospital reform, basic drug system, community health service, hospital management and development, and medical support. Conclusion The studies on health policy and system are rapidly developed, the key study points are more and more clear and the study frontiers are multifarious with the implementation of renewed medical reform.
