摘    要:雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)及其下游信号在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥着关键性的作用。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)等非编码RNA不仅影响AR信号的调控网络,而且参与前列腺癌的发展进程。作者重点就前列腺癌中miRNA、lncRNA与AR信号间调控网络的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Androgen receptor (AR) and its related signaling play a critical role in the development of prostate cancer. MicroRNA (miRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and other non-coding RNA not only influence the regulatory network of AR signaling but also participate in the development of prostate cancer. This review focuses on the research progress of miRAN, lncRNA and AR signaling in prostate cancer.
