将卫生士官学员的信息素养教育分为“初识-提升-拓展”3个阶段实施,并在整个实施过程中将任务驱动式教学法、嵌入式教学法等多种方法贯穿在一起,渗透到各个实施阶段,组成一个完整的信息素质教育模式——“三段一贯”培养模式,使卫生士官学员形成自主学习、自我教育、自我发展的良好习惯,为学校培养“提起钢枪能打胜仗,背起药箱救死扶伤”的复合型士官人才。

Application of "three stages permeated with different teaching methods" training model in information literacy education of medical sergeants

The information literacy education of medical sergeants is implemented in primary education stage, secondary education stage and senior education stage permeated with different teaching methods such as task-driven teaching method and embedded teaching method, which is called a "threes stages permeated with different teaching methods" training model. This model can help the medical sergeants to cultivate their habits of self study, self education and self development and help the school to train the compound talents who can win a battle with guns, heal the wounded and rescue the dying with medical kits.
