中外药品专利链接热点研究的可视化及对比分析

目的：对比国内外药品专利链接,分析国内外药品专利链接的差别,为我国药品专利链接制度的创建提供建议和依据。方法：利用文献计量方法和可视化软件,通过知识图谱对比分析CNKI及WOS数据库中国内外药品专利链接相关文献的研究热点。结果：国内外药品专利链接研究有显著的差异,国内不能直接移植国外药品专利链接制度。结论：国外成熟的药品专利链接制度能给国内提供借鉴,但我国药品专利链接制度的创建应依据本国制度。

Visualization and comparative analysis of hot spots in studies on linkages of domestic and foreign drug patents

Objective To compare the linkages of domestic and foreign drug patents and analyze their difference in order to provide suggestions and experiences for establishing the linkage system of domestic drug patents. Methods The hotspots in CNKI- and WOS-covered papers on domestic and foreign drug patents were comparatively analyzed by biliometric analysis with visualized software based on their knowledge graphs. Results A significant difference was detected in studies on the linkages of domestic and foreign drug patents. The linkage system of foreign drug patents could not be directly used in our country. Conclusion The mature linkage system of foreign drug patents can provide experiences for establishing the linkage system of domestic drug patents, but the linkage system of domestic drug patents should be established according to the domestic conditions.
