护理安全管理模式在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用

目的 探讨护理安全管理模式在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中应用。方法 根据护理安全管理模式实施前后，将2018年1月至2018年6月的外来手术器械包纳入对照组，2018年7月至2018年12月的外来手术器械包纳入观察组，比较两组发生不良事件的概率。对比消毒供应中心护理安全管理模式应用前、后的护理质量评分情况。结果 对照组发生不良事件14例，观察组1例，两组比较P＜0.01，护理质量评分高于应用前，具有显著性差异。结论 运用护理安全管理模式对外来手术器械进行管理，能有效的降低不良事件的发生，取得良好的管理效果，值得推广使用。

Application of nursing safety management mode in external equipment management of disinfection supply center

Objective To explore the application of nursing safety management mode in the management of external instruments in the disinfection supply center. Methods According to the safety management model before and after the implementation, the external surgical instruments package from January 2018 to June 2018 was used as the control group, and the external surgical instruments package from July 2018 to December 2018 was the observation group. The probability of adverse events was compared between the two groups. To compare the nursing quality scores before and after the application of nursing safety management model in disinfection supply center. Results There were 14 cases of adverse events in the control group and 1 case in the observation group. The score of nursing quality was higher than that before application. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of nursing safety management mode to manage external surgical instruments can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events and achieve good management results, which is worth promoting.
