基于《伤寒杂病论》文献挖掘的中药生熟异用规律

本文对《伤寒杂病论》所用药物运用统计学方法，分析了《伤寒杂病论》所反映的中药生熟异用情况，提出了中药生熟异用的一些基本规律，如生寒熟温、生清熟补、生峻熟缓、生降熟升、生行熟止等，对临床应用有一定的指导意义。同时，提出了《伤寒杂病论》逐渐扩大了中药熟品（即炮制品）的应用范围，推动了中药生熟异用理论的形成与发展。

Research on the Laws of Different Effects of Chinese Medicine before and after Processing Based on the Data of Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases

This paper makes a statistical analysis of the medicines recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases, and analyzes the differences between the medicines used in raw and processed medicine. On the one hand, it put forward some basic rules of the different effects of Chinese medicine before and after processing, such as it is cold before processing, and warm after processing; it can clear away evil gas before processing, and it can replenish positive gas after processing; it has severe effect before processing, and it has palliative effect after processing, it can make the gas settle before processing, and it can lift the gas up after processing; it can active blood before processing, and stop bleeding after processing. On the other hand, it is proposed that Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases gradually enlarged the scope of application of cooked Chinese medicines (i.e. processed products), and promoted the formation and development of the theory of different uses of raw and mature Chinese medicines.
