摘    要:目的:总览骨组织工程支架技术的发展趋势,预测其未来的研究。方法:从专利情报的角度出发,对骨组织工程支架领域专利的基本现状、技术趋势和材料应用进行综合分析,为该领域未来的发展提供可借鉴的预测。结果:近年来骨组织工程支架领域专利公开量维持在较高水平,美国在该领域的研究具有绝对优势。我国专利技术未出现明显的成熟期,而国际专利技术具有一定的成熟期。骨组织支架材料从单一化走向多元化,复合材料发展迅猛。结论:骨组织工程支架目前在国内外拥有一定的研究热度,我国企业的自主研发能力有待加强。未来该领域可能向着结构复合化和功能复合化的方向发展。

Abstract:Objective To overview the technological development trend of bone tissue engineering scaffold and predict its future research. Methods The status quo, technological trend and materials used in patents of bone tissue engineering scaffold were analyzed in view of patent information in order to predict its future development. Results The number of unclassified patents of bone tissue engineering scaffold was maintained at a high level in recent years and USA took an absolute leading position in research on bone tissue engineering scaffold. No significant mature period of patent technology was developed in our country while a certain mature period was developed in other countries. The materials used in bone tissue engineering scaffold have rapidly entered into a multi-component era from an individualized era. Conclusion Bone tissue engineering scaffold is still a hotspot at home and abroad. Its independent R & D should be strengthened in our country. It is possible for bone tissue engineering scaffold to develop in component structure and function.
