自尊对不同人格类型男性戒毒者社会支持水平的中介效应分析

目的 探讨自尊对不同人格类型男性戒毒人员社会支持水平的中介效应。方法 采用自尊量表、社会支持量表和艾森克人格问卷对225 例男性戒毒人员进行调查,所有数据采用Stata 12.0 进行统计分析。结果 未成年组在客观支持度、主观支持度与社会支持利用度得分均低于成年组（P <0.05）。两组在P 维度上得分比较,差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。自尊作为中介变量显著影响了人格与社会支持的关系（P <0.05）,从人格类型到自尊,具有显著影响的维度为内外向（E）与神经质（N）（P <0.05）。结论 自尊作为中介变量显著影响了人格与社会支持的关系,在E、N 维度上其间接效应均显著。自尊水平低下和社会支持的不足成为戒毒群体回归社会的主要障碍之一。必须增强戒毒者自信心训练,提高自尊水平,培养其对社会支持的主观感受性,增强家庭和社会对其的接受度。

Mediating effect of self-esteem on social support for male drugaddicts with different personality

Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-esteem on social support for male drug addictswith different personality. Methods Totally 225 male drug addicts were surveyed by using Self-esteem Scale, SocialSupport Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. All data were analyzed by Stata12.0. Results 1. Interms of the objective support, subjective support and social support utilization, the scores of the juvenile group werelower than that of the adult group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); 2. The score of juvenilegroup in P (Psychot icism) dimension was lower than that of the adult group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P < 0.05); 3. From personality type to self-esteem, E (Extraversion/Introversion) dimension and N(Neuroticism) dimension had significant influence. The indirect effects of the relationship were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-esteem (SES) as a mediator significantly affects the relationship between personalityand social support, and its indirect effects were significant on the E (Extraversion/Introversion) dimension and N(Neuroticism) dimension. The low level of self-esteem and the lack of social support have become the main obstaclesto return society for drug addicts. There should be training for boosting self-confidence and self-esteem for drugaddicts. Their subjective feelings of social support should be cultivated, and family and social acceptance of them should be enhanced.
