B超引导经皮肾镜取石术围手术期的观察与护理

目的：探讨护理措施在微创经皮肾镜穿刺碎石术治疗复杂性。肾结石的作用，总结护理经验，以提高护理质量。方法：对187例复杂性肾结石患者采用经皮肾镜穿刺碎石术治疗，术前、术中、术后进行针对性健康教育和护理。结果：187例患者Ⅰ期结石清除率为93．5％，余均经Ⅱ期取石成功。无气胸、腹部脏器损伤等严重并发症。术后住院4～8d。结论：合理完善的围手术期护理和健康教育是保证手术顺利进行、提高手术成功率、减少和预防手术并发症的发生、促进患者术后康复的重要措施。

Perioperative clinical observation and nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotomy under the guide of B ultrasound.

Objective： To explore the availability of nursing intervention in treating complexity renal calculus by mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy, to summarize nursing experience and boost quality of care. Methods： 187 patients suffering complexity renal calculus who were treated with pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. Health education and nursing were carried out to aim directly at them in perioper- ation. Results ：187 patients of complexity renal calculus, the clearance rates of I stage operation was 93.5%. They haven＇t serious complication , such as aeropleura , harmde belly organ . To be in hospital 4 - 8 days. Conclusion ： It was an important measure that of reasonable and consummate nursing method and health education for guarantee operation succeed , reduce and prevent complication , promote postoperative rehabilitation .
