| Abstract: | This Study deals with determination of viability by FDA-EB method. It has been observed that some of the bacilli do not take any colour in FDA-EB preparations. These can be called "neither green nor red" (NGR) bacilli. These non-staining bacilli should be taken into account when reporting viability by FDA-EB method. |
