| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝癌患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞多药耐药糖蛋白(P-gp)表达的相关性。方法选取肝癌患者38例,应用流式细胞免疫荧光技术检测肿瘤细胞和外周血淋巴细胞多药耐药糖蛋白的表达。结果38例肝癌肿瘤细胞P-gp阳性细胞率为(2.9%±0.9)%,外周血淋巴细胞P-gp阳性细胞率为(2.4%±0.8)%,肝癌肿瘤细胞与外周血淋巴细胞P-gp表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝癌患者可以应用外周血淋巴细胞代替肿瘤细胞进行多药耐药基因表达的检测,以提高药敏预测的准确性。
