伏格列波糖分散片联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的效果及安全性分析

目的 探讨伏格列波糖分散片联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的效果及安全性.方法 选择60例糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均严格糖尿病饮食及适量运动.观察组餐前即刻口服伏格列波糖分散片0.2 mg,每日3次,同时服用参芪降糖颗粒;对照组餐前即刻口服伏格列波糖分散片0.2 mg,每日3次;两组均连续服药治疗8周,监测治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及消化道症状等.结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为93.33％,对照组总有效率为73.33％,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后FBG为(6.1±1.4)mmol/L,PBG为(8.1±l.9)mmol/L,HbA1c为(6.5±0.9)％;对照组治疗后FBG为(7.9±2.2)mmol/L,PBG为(9.4l.8)mmol/L,HbA1c为(7.0±0.9)％;两组治疗后FBG、PBG、HbA1c比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者的腹胀、肠鸣音亢进、稀便、排气次数增加等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 伏格列波糖分散片联合参芪降糖颗粒能提高2型糖尿病的治疗效果,但不会增加两种药物的不良反应,用药安全.

Analysis of curative effect and safety on Voglibose Dispersible Tablets combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules in the treatment of type 2 dia- betes

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of Voglibose Dispersible Tablets in combination with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 cases of diabetes were selected and ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group, both groups were taken strict di- abetes diet and exercise. Observation group was given Voglibose Dispersible Tablets 0.2 mg immediately before the meal, three times a day, and also given Shenqi Jiangtang Granules at the same time; control group was given Voglibose Dispersible Tablets 0.2 mg immediately before the meal, three times a day; both groups were taken continuous medica- tion treatment for 8 weeks. The fasting blood glucose （FBG）, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose （PBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） and gastrointestinal symptoms and other indexes before and after treatment were monitored. Re- suits After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which of control group was 73.33%, the difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, in the observation group, FBG was （6.1±1.4） mmol/L, PBG was （8.1±1.9） mmol/L, HbAI,, was （6.5±0.9）%; in the control group, FBG was （7.9±2.2） mmol/L, PBG was （9.4±1.8） mmol/L, HbAI,, was （7.0±0.9）%; the differences of FBG, PBG, HbA~o after treatment between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions such as ab- dominal distention, hyperactive bowel sounds, loose stools, increased exhaust times between the two groups had no sta- tistically significant differences （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Voglibose Dispersible Tablets combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules can improve the treatment effect of type 2 diabetes, but it will not increase the adverse reactions of two kinds of drugs, the drug is safe.
