摘    要:目的 探讨化学发光免疫分析法应用于地高辛血药浓度的测定价值.方法 收集2011年全年来海南省人民医院行体检的50例患者,给予患者地高辛,剂量0.125 mg/d,共计1周.采用化学发光免疫法分析患者的血药情况.结果 50例患者中出现中毒症状者9例(18.0%),其地高辛平均血药浓度为(2.410.20) μg/L.>65岁患者地高辛血药浓度为(1.90±0.04) μg/L,年龄越大,浓度越高.不同性别间各浓度分布比例差别不大平均浓度,男:(1.25±0.02) μg/L;女:(1.28±0.03)μg/L].结论 针对患者的生理状况,结合临床表现及用药情况,合理调整给药方案及剂量.对于老年患者,应给予个体化的给药方案.

Abstract:Objective To study the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay to the determination of drug concentration of Digoxin. Methods 50 patients were collected from 2011 in the People's Hospital of Hainan Province, and given with Digoxin (dose of 0.125 mg/d) for a week. The patient's blood was analyzed by using chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results Among 50 cases, 9 cases were poisoning symptoms (18.0%), the average blood drug concentration of Digoxin were (2.41± 0.20) μg/L. 〉 65 - year - old patients with drug concentration of Digoxin were (1.90 ±0.04) μg/L, the greater the age, the higher the concentration. The concentration distribution between different gender ratio difference average concentration, male: (1.25 ± 0.02) μg/L; female: (1.28 ± 1.28)μg/L]. Conclusion According to the patient's physiology, combined with clinical manifestations and drug utilization, it should adjust the rational dosage regimen and dose. and should be given individualized dosage regimen for elderly patients.
