| 摘 要： | 目的探讨西甲硅油在胃肠镜检查中的价值。方法将我院240例胃镜、肠镜检查者随机等分为A、B组,观察两组的检查过程中胃肠道气泡程度、清洁程度及内镜医师满意度。结果 A组气泡程度明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.36;P〈0.05）;A组清洁程度明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.11;P〈0.05）;A组内镜医师检查时满意度明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.85;P〈0.05）。结论西甲硅油在胃肠镜检查中效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of simeticone in gastroscopy examination. Methods Two hundred and forty patients in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and B,group A were taken by simeticone,group B was the control group.The level of gastrointestinal air bubbles,cleanness and satisfaction of endoscopists during inspection were observed. Results The air bubbles in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.36;P<0.05);the cleanness in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.11;P<0.05);the satisfaction of endoscopists in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.85;P<0.05). Conclusion Simeticone obtained obviously value in the gastroscopy examination. |
