| 摘 要： | 目的了解农牧区学生、家庭主妇/孕妇和乡村领导对碘缺乏病知识的掌握情况。方法在实施健康教育活动前后,随机抽取五个县、每县五个乡、每乡一个村和一所小学校进行问卷调查,进行项目实施前后效果评价。结果实施健康教育活动后,小学生、家庭主妇(孕妇)的知识问卷及格率均有提高,家庭主妇(孕妇)组的提高幅度最大。结论碘缺乏病健康教育促进项目不同程度地提高了各人群的碘缺乏病健康教育知识;采用方法的不同,将极大地影响着健康教育效果;农牧区家庭主妇/孕妇是碘缺乏病健康教育的首要对象。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about the knowledge of Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD) among students,housewives,pregnant women and leaders in farm and pastureland.Methods By random sampling,five counties were selected and five towns were selected from each county randomly.One school and one village in each town were selected and investigated by questionnaires.The effectiveness evaluation was conducted before and after project.Results After health education,knowledge rate of IDD among pupils and housewives raised greatly,especially among housewives and pregnant women.Conclusion Health education project on IDD promoted health knowledge of IDD in various kinds of population.Different measures could effect health education effects greatly.Housewives and pregnant women in farm and pastureland are the primary targets of health education on IDD. |
