| 摘 要： | 对44例HBsAg阳性乙型肝炎患者的血清样品进行了HBV—DNA、HBcAg、及HBeAg检测。结果表明;HBeAg与HBV—DNA密切相关,HBeAg阳性血清HBV—DNA检出率为97.30%.统计学分析HBeAg与HBV—DNA两项指标其一致性具有显著意义(0.02>P>0.01);HBeAg与HBeAg两项指标其一致性无显著意义(0.50>P>0.20).HBeAg与HBV—DNA两者之间其一致性无显著意义(P>0.50).在抗—HBe或单项HBsAg阳性血清中仍可见HBV—DNA和HBeAg阳性.提示仍有HBV的复制。

| Abstract: | The sera of 44 cases with positive HBsAg were detected for HBeAg,HBcAg and HBV--DNA. Theresults showed that HBeAg was closely related to HBV--DNA,and that the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 97. 30% in the sera of 37 cases with positive HBeAg. Statistic analysis indicated that theconsistence of HBeAg and HBV--DNA is significant (0. 02>P>0. 01); but that of HBeAg andHBcAg is not significant (0. 50>P>0. 20),nor is that of HBcAg and HBV--DNA (P>0. 50).The fact that HBV--DNA and HBcAg were found in the sera positive for anti--HBe or HBsAg onlysuggests that there may be HBV replication. |
