| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性重度有机磷中毒（ASOPP）合并呼吸衰竭的急救与护理。方法回顾性分析我院2006—2009年收治的48例急性重度有机磷中毒合并呼吸衰竭的急救方法与护理措施。结果通过实施早期气管插管合并其他有机磷中毒的急救措施抢救该类患者,提高了抢救成功率。结论早期气管插管是抢救ASOPP合并呼吸衰竭的有效措施,有助于改善患者的预后,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the measures of emergency and nursing of acute severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning（ASOPP）concomitancy with respiratory failure.Methods A retrospective study was adopted for evaluating emergency methods and nursing measures of 48 ASOPP patients during 2006 to 2009.Results The probability of succeed in curing the patients was increased by early tracheal intubation and other emergency measures than general measures.Conclusions Early tracheal intubation is the effective measure to rescue ASOPP complicated with respiratory failure,it is better for improving the prognosis of patients and reducing the fatality rate. |
