大连市部分用人单位职业卫生管理现状调查

目的了解大连市部分用人单位职业卫生管理情况,为职业病防治提供依据。方法采用填写调查表及电话回访的方法,从用人单位基本情况、职业卫生管理人员情况;职业卫生管理工作情况及职业病控制情况4个方面进行调查。结果调查单位中,外资单位占64.29%。用人单位重视并建立健全职业卫生管理工作制度,但职业病危害评价工作未得到有效贯彻落实;完成职业病危害预评价工作的为28.57%;仅有4家企业是在建设前完成,占7.14%;完成建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价的为33.93%,有3家企业是在投产之后1年之内完成,仅占5.36%。员工接害率平均为29.97%,体检率平均为95.64%,健康监护建档率平均为54.82%,参保率平均为89.56%。结论大连市用人单位职业卫生管理情况不容乐观;控制职业病危害因素,保护劳动者健康的意识有待提高;控制职业中毒和职业病暴发相关工作必须加强。
