大籽獐牙菜化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究藏药大籽獐牙菜(Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱解析鉴定其化学结构。结果从大籽獐牙菜的脂溶性部分分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为1,8-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基酮(swerchirin,Ⅰ)、1-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基酮(Ⅱ)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基酮(methylswertianin,Ⅲ)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基酮(decussatin,Ⅳ),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,Ⅴ)和1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基酮(bellidifodin,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan drug,Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark.METHODS The constituents were isolated on silica gel column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as 1,8-dihydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxyxanthone(swerchirin,Ⅰ),1-hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅱ),1,8-dihydroxyl-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(methylswertianin,Ⅲ),1-hydroxyl-3,7,8-trimeth-oxyxanthone(decussatin,Ⅳ),oleanolic acid(Ⅴ)and 1,5,8-trihydroxyl-3-methoxyxanthone(bellidifodin,Ⅵ),respectively.CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ~Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
