苯并呋喃类化合物的生物活性及构效关系

摘    要:苯并呋喃类化合物具有抗组胺、抗肿瘤及抗心律失常等多种生物活性,其中很多活性化合物有望成为治疗相关疾病的药物。综述苯并呋喃类化合物近年来的研究进展,重点介绍其生物活性和构效关系。

Abstract:Benzofuran compounds have shown multi-bioactivities, including anti-histamine activity, anti-tumor and anti-arrhythmic activity. Substantial evidence indicates that many compounds in benzofuran series may become potential therapeutics for the treatment of the corresponding diseases. This article reviews the current progress in the research of benzofuran compounds, focusing on the relationship between structures and bioactivities.
