| Abstract: | Benzofuran compounds have shown multi-bioactivities, including anti-histamine activity, anti-tumor and anti-arrhythmic activity. Substantial evidence indicates that many compounds in benzofuran series may become potential therapeutics for the treatment of the corresponding diseases. This article reviews the current progress in the research of benzofuran compounds, focusing on the relationship between structures and bioactivities. |
