摘    要:目的:探讨CT引导下射频热凝联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值及可行性.方法:134例经临床和影像确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者,先行射频热凝治疗,后行椎间盘内、盘外注射臭氧.结果:134例患者治疗后3~6个月随访,按改良Macnab疗效评定标准分级,优85例,良36例,可8例,差5例,总有效率96.3%,优良率为90.3%,无1例并发症.结论:CT引导提高了穿刺的准确性,严格掌握适应证的情况下,射频热凝联合臭氧消融术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全、有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the applicaion value and feasibility of treatment of lumbar disc herniation with CT guided ozone injection and radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods:134 patients with lumbar disc herniation confirmed by clinical and imaging examination underwent radiofrequency thermocoagulation followed by ozone injection into intradiscal area and extradiscal space and were closely followed up for curative effect observation.Results:Follow-ups demonstrated that significant therapeutic effect was obtained with the best,good,tolerable and poor therapy outcomes as 85,36,8 and 5,respectively.The total effective rate reached 96.3%,excellent and good rate was 90.3%.No complication was found in the series.Conclusion:CT guided treatment can greatly elevate the accuracy of puncture.If only the indications are carefully controlled,Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection is a minimally invasive and markedly effective method for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
