英国公共图书馆健康服务实践与启示

调研了英国公共图书馆健康服务发展现状并归纳了其服务类型。采用网络调查和案例分析法对英国伯明翰图书馆、诺丁汉图书馆和格拉斯哥图书馆的健康服务进行了分析，总结了这3所公共图书馆健康服务的特点。在借鉴英国公共图书馆经验的基础上，从注重全方位资源建设、开展多样化健康服务、加强多机构交流合作3方面提出了对我国公共图书馆开展健康服务的建议，以期为国内图书馆公众健康信服务的建设发展提供参考。

Practice of health service in British public libraries and its enlightenments

The current development and types of health service in British public libraries were investigated. The health service in British Birmingham Library, Nottingham Library and Glasgow Library was analyzed by network investigation and case analysis respectively. The characteristics of the 3 British public libraries were summarized. Following suggestions were put forward for health service in domestic public libraries in order to provide reference for the construction and development of health service in domestic public libraries by learning the experiences from British public libraries, namely attaching importance to the all-directional development of resources, carrying out various types of health service, strengthening the communication between different establishments.
