动物颅骨对超声波的吸收率

摘    要:目的:通过测定活体动物颅骨对不同剂量超声波的吸收情况,探讨超声波治疗颅脑疾病的安全性及有效剂量。方法:选用不同强度的超声波作用于家犬、家兔颅骨外,测定颅内接收声头的剂量,数字经统计学处理。结果:不同剂量的超声波通过家犬、家兔颅骨后平均吸收率脉冲波分别为76.1%与79.0%;连续波分别为75.9%与77.7%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗量率平均为22.8%。结论:不同剂量的脉冲与连续超声波通过动物颅骨后吸收近似线性变化,无增减效应,作用于颅内的治疗剂量基本稳定。

Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the safe and effective dosage of Ultrasonic Wave(UW) in intracranial diseases. METHOD: Different intensity and modulation UW was used and emission/receive ratio of UW dosage through cranial of Canine and Rabbit were maesured. RESULT: Emission/receive ratio of different UW dosage through cranial waa 76.1% and 79.0% for pulse wave, 75.9% and 77.7% for contimuous wave respectively, and there is no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION: Cranial absorbs different intensity and modulation UW in a linear way. Emission/receive ratio of UW keeps a relatively stable value through cranial.
