| 摘 要： | 从中医角度分析小儿脑瘫的病因病机,明确其诊断.指出痉挛型脑瘫的中医辨证分型属于肝强脾弱证,并采用中西医结合的方法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪,开辟治疗脑性瘫痪的新途径,有利于规范中西医结合的诊疗常规和综合防治方案的制定,加快脑瘫患儿的康复.

| Abstract: | In order to define the diagnosis of cerebral palsy (CP), the author analysed the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis in TCM. Put forward that spastic CP belonged to stagnation of the liver-gi and deficiency of the spleen in TCM.And treated CP with Western Medicine and Tradition Chinese Medicine, which ushered in a new way in treatment. It was benefited to make a diagnosis and give treatment, and formulate a plan of the synthetical prevention and cure, also can accelerate the CP rehabilitation. |
