| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下经皮椎体穿刺活检对脊椎病变的诊断价值。方法38例脊柱病变患者,包括颈椎2例,胸椎10例,腰椎24例,骶椎2例,采用CT引导下经皮穿刺活检的方法获得病理诊断。结果38例患者均成功穿刺取材,穿刺活检阳性率为89.47%。手术16例,手术与穿刺标本的病理检查结果符合率为93.75%,未发生并发症。结论CT引导下椎体穿刺活检是一种安全﹑准确率高的诊断和鉴别诊断的有效方法,对脊椎病变的治疗提供重要的指导作用。

CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of the spine: An analysis of 38 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous spinal biopsy for spinal disease.Methods The 38 cases of spinal disease (2cases of cervical vertebrae, 10 cases of thorax ,24 cases of lumbus and 2 cases of sacrum) underwent CT-guided percutaneous biopsy before operation. Results From the 38 patients pathologic tissue were successfully gained. The positive rate of biopsy was 89.47%,16 cases received operations,and the final pathological diagnostic accordant rate with the preoperative ones was 93.75%. No complications occurred. Conclusion CT-guided perctuaneous biopsy is a safe, accurate and effective method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spinal disease, it plays an important role in the establishment of the treatment scheme. |
