上海地区2008年儿童手足口病临床流行病学特征分析

目的 对上海地区2008年1月至10月儿童手足口病的临床流行病学特征进行分析.方法 对4 727例手足口病门诊病例及其中323例收治住院病例进行临床流行病学分析.结果 发病年龄以6岁以下(90%以上)多见,其中1～3岁发病最高;男性患儿多于女性;发病高峰为5～7月份;57.6%患儿发病前有流行病学接触史或可疑接触史;临床表现典型,症状轻微,少数患儿并发无菌性脑膜脑炎(36.2%),心肌损害(15.5%),肺炎(14.6%)和肝功能损害(1.6%),无重症及死亡病例.结论 手足口病只要早期发现,早期诊断,及时治疗,给予重视,预后良好.

Clinical epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in children in Shanghai from January to October in 2008

Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in Shanghai area from Jan. to Oct. in 2008.
