宝山农村高血压干预试验

目的 ]　评价复降片和尼群地平在农村高血压病人中的降压效果和对心脑血管病死亡率的影响。 方法 ]　采用前瞻性对照研究 ,对复降片 (5 30例 )和尼群地平 (196例 )两组病人进行为期 2 6个月的观察。 结果 ]　试验第 2 6个月时血压值与试验开始血压值比较有明显下降 ,差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;人群脑卒中发病率下降 6 1% ,病死率下降 6 5 %。 结论 ]　复降片价廉 ,降压作用确切 ,服用方便 ,与尼群地平同样可在农村高血压病人中应用 ,积极开展高血压防治是降低脑卒中发病率和病死率的重要环节。

Intervention trial of hypertension in rural community of baoshon district

Objective] To evaluate the effects and safety of compound reserpine and nitradipine on hypertensives. Method] A rospective controlled intervention trial was carried out in rural community of Baoshan district; 726 patients was divided into two groups (compound reserpine 530 cases, Nitradipine 196 cases) and followed up for 26 monthes. Results] The average blood pressure was reduced significantly in both group at the end of the study compared with baseline blood pressure (P<0.01). Incidence and mortality of stroke reduced by 61% and 65% respectively. Conclusion] Compound reserpine is a safe and effective antihypertensive agent, this drug is still worthy to be recommeded in hypertensive community control especially in countryside.
