上海市卢湾区居民心脑血管疾病死亡分析

[目的 ]了解上海市卢湾区 1980～ 1998年居民心脑血管疾病的死亡率水平及其变化趋势。 [方法 ]根据居民生命统计资料 ,估算其中的心脑血管疾病的死亡率 ,同时计算其减寿年数 (PYLL)指标。 [结果 ]心脑血管疾病已经成为居民死因的首位 ,约占同期居民全死因的 30 .6 %～ 36 .0 % ,而在循环系统疾病中脑血管疾病约占 6 0 .0 %～70 .0 % ,心血管疾病约占 2 0 .0 %～ 2 5 .0 %。男女性脑血管疾病的粗死亡率分别从 1980年的 141.5 8/ 10万和 16 6 .5 5 /10万上升到 1998年的 2 2 3.85 / 10万和 2 18.76 / 10万 ,男女性心血管疾病的粗死亡率分别从 1980年的 76 .0 1/ 10万和87.36 / 10万上升到 1998年的 134 .85 / 10万和 134 .5 8/ 10万。从 1998年的PYLL结果来看 ,男性平均减寿 4个人年 ,女性平均减寿约 3个人年。 [结论 ]心脑血管疾病的危害严重 ,必须加强其发病和死亡危险因素的基础研究 ,在社区卫生服务的框架内开展其综合防治工作。

Mortality analysis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the Luwan district, Shanghai

Objective] To explore the mortality rates and its time trend of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the residents of Luwan district during 1980 to 1998.[Methods] The mortality data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were used. The crude, age standardized rates and potential years of life lost (PYLL) were calculated. [Results] Cardio and cerebrovascular diseases was the leading cause of death, and was about 30.6%～36.0% in all causes of deaths of residents. The proportions of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases to the total causes in circulation system was 60.0%～70.0% and 20.0%～25.0% respectively. From 1980 to 1998, the crude mortality rates for cardiovascular diseases of males and females increased from 141.58/100,000 and 166.55/100,000 to 223.85/100,000 and 218.76/100,000 respectively. The crude mortality rates for cerebrovascular diseases of males and females increased from 76.01/100,000 and 87.36 /100,000 to 134.85/100,000 and 134.58/100,000 respectively during the same period. The PYLL of males was 4 years/person and that of females was about 3 years/person. [Conclusion] Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were the main causes of death, we need to strengthen the studies on their prevention and treatment ,especially make use of the network of community activities for diseases control.
