苏州市家蝇对杀虫剂的敏感性实验研究

摘    要:探索苏州市家蝇对杀虫剂的敏感性 ,为科学合理选用杀虫剂提供依据。 方法 ]采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对 6种杀虫剂的敏感性 ,用EL - 5 10 0型计算器计算LD50 。 结果 ]苏州市家蝇野生品系对胺菊酯、醚菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、辛硫磷、仲丁威和残杀威的抗性指数分别为 6 .2 4、2 .43、1.37、1.0 3、1.93、2 .0 7。 结论 ]苏州市家蝇野生品系对所测试的 6种杀虫剂的敏感性均呈不同程度下降趋势。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the susceptibility of housefly in Suzhou urban districts to 6 insecticides and provide scientific basis for choosing and using the insecticides reasonably in fields.Methods] The susceptibility of the field strains of housefly from Suzhou urban districts to the insecticides in the standard strains was determined by the topical application manipulated method, and LD 50 was calculated on SHARPEL-5100 model calculator.Results] The resistance to tetramethrin in the field strains was the highest, reaching 6.24-fold; and the resistance ratios to ethofenprox, brodan,propoxur,phoximand and acetofenate were 2.43,1.37,1.03,1.93 and 2.07respectively.Conclusion] The susceptibility of housefly from Suzhou urban districts to the insecticides has descended in varying degree.
