| 摘 要： | 观察平胃降逆汤对胆汁返流性胃炎的疗效。 方法 ] 应用平胃降逆汤按辨证分肝气犯胃、脾胃虚弱、气滞血瘀、胃阴不足四型治疗胆汁返流性胃炎 36例 ,并以吗叮啉治疗组为对照。 结果 ] 临床痊愈率为47.2 1%。 结论 ] 平胃降逆汤治疗组疗效明显优于以吗叮啉治疗的对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical result of self-made Stomach-calming and Downbearing Decoction in treating bile-regurgitational gastritis. Method] 36 cases of bile-regurgitational gastritis, which was classified into liver-qi attacking stomach, spleen-stomach hypofunction, qi and blood stagnation and stomach-yin deficiency types were treated with Stomach-calming and Downbearing Decoction. The control group were treated with Domperidone. Result] The clinical cure rate was 47.21%. Conclusion] The effect of Stomach-calming and Downbearing Decoction were much better than those in control group treated by Domperidone. |
