| 摘 要： | 我科１９８９年８月～１９９３年１月经股动脉插管行选择性脑血管造影８２例，所摄颅内血管像均可满足临床诊断要求。介绍导管的选用、置管的具体操作，金属导丝的应用及其注意事项，提出导管意外的处理。讨论并发症的可能原因和处理。

| Abstract: | In this article, the result of 82 cases underwent selective cerebral angiography by the femoral catheter approach from August,1989 to Jannuary,1993 is reported. Intracranial angiograms could satisfy the need for clinical diagnosis. Detailed introduction is made to catheter selection, catheterization techniques, application of metal guidewire and the points for attention for it, and key-notes on how to deal with catheter accidents. The causes and management of catheter complications were discussed too. |
