迎随是针刺补泻的原则

以《灵枢·九针十二原》《难经·七十二难》等篇为据 ,说明在《内经》《难经》中 ,迎随不是某一具体的针刺补泻手法 ,只是一切针刺补泻法的代称和原则。对于迎随 ,后世大多宗于《难经》 ,发展为深浅迎随、针向迎随、流注盛衰时间迎随、补母泻子迎随等。现代多以针向迎随为补泻 ,但在临床上很少单独用。针向迎随在理论上不符合《灵枢》本义 ,在临床上只能在四肢穴作行气法用 ,没必要作为一种具体的针刺补泻手法存在

According to Nine Needles and Twelve Sources in The Can on of Miraculous Pivot, The 72nd Problems in The Classic on Medical Prob lems , it is illuminated that in The Canon of Miraculous Pivot and The Classic on Med ical Problems, puncturing along or against the direction of meridians is not a concrete reinforcing-reducing manipulation of acupuncture, and only is a replac i ng name and principle of reinforcing-reducing method of acupuncture. For punctu ring along or against the direction of meridians, the later generations most hav e esteem for The Classic on Medical Problems, and develop as puncturing alon g or against the deep-shallow, needling direction, excessive and deficient time of f lowing and ebbing of Qi and blood, reinforcing mother point and reducing son poi nt, etc. In modern times, most adopt puncturing along or against the direction o f meridians as reinforcing-reducing, but it is less singly used in clinic. The needling along or against the direction of meridians is not conform to the origi nal meaning in The Canon of Miraculous Pivot, but clinically, it is only use d as Qi-promoting method in the four limbs, so, it is not necessary to exist as a kind of concrete acupuncture reinforcing-reducing method.
