| 摘 要： | 1986年5～12月,对两个中医院的中草药工作者进行了痰液螨类的调查。受检者75人。从痰液中检出螨类者35人,检螨率46.67％从受检的75人痰液中,均见有吸入不同程度的中草药粉末;从阳性者痰中,检出的有成螨、幼螨、螨足、螨前半体,还有昆虫幼虫及足。含螨数少者1只,多者22～43只。对中药房、发药处、中药库、中转库及粉碎切筛加工等工作人员操作附近环境进行吸尘采样,均采得成螨、螨足及小型线虫等。已鉴定螨类计34种,隶属10科31属,均为植物性和土壤性螨类。

| Abstract: | Department of Parasitology, Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine The sputa of 75 Chinese herb worker weres examined under light microscope. Chinese herb dusts were detected in all the samples. Mites were found in 35 persons(46.67%), induding adults, larvae, proterosomas and legs of mites. The dusts in the air nearby the working place collected with the air-dust-collector contained adults and legs of mites. All mites detected were identified as 34 species, which belong to 31 genera 10 families, being plant and soil mites. The results suggest that it is an important problem for these workers to take measures to prevent mite infection. This is discussed in the paper. |
