| 摘 要： | This experiment was intended to ascertain thepossibility of treating severe decompression sicknessby drugs without resorting to recompression.Theexperimental model animals were male SD rats withsevere artificial decompression sickness.By screening,we found that injection of Ginseng and Ligustrazinico.markedly decreased the mortality rate after de-compression,or prolonged the period of survival.Seven of the 10 rats that received the injectionsurvived and were symptom-free after 72 hours ofobservation.Among the 3 rats that died,survivaltime of 2 was prolonged.Nine of the 10 controlswhich were given intraperitoneal injection of normalsaline died.The results of the study showed that this modali-ty of treatment had obvious therapeutic effect on SDrats with severe decompression sickness with no useof reeompression.
