基因突变与胰腺癌

摘    要:胰腺癌的发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势 ,由于其起病隐匿 ,恶性程度高 ,早期诊断困难 ,出现临床症状时多属晚期 ,因此患者的预后较差。近年来随着分子生物学技术的发展 ,对胰腺癌发生机制的研究已进入基因水平 ,研究表明胰腺癌的发生是多基因异常改变的结果。就 p16基因 ,p5 3基因 ,DPC4基因 ,Ras基因及MMR基因与胰腺癌的关系作一综述。

Abstract:The incidence of pancreatic carcinoma is tending to increase year after year in China.Because of the insidiousness,poor differentiation,difficulty of early diagnosis and late occurrence of clinical symptoms of the disease,it is usually discovered in late in the course.Most patients have poor prognosis.Studies on its pathogenesis have reached gene level in the past decade with modern molecular biological techniques.It is demonstrated that tumorigenesis of pancreatic carcinoma involves multigene alteration.The relationship between pancreatic carcinoma and gene alteration including p16 gene,p53 gene,DPC4 gene,ras gene and MMR gene is reviewed in this article.
