大肠水疗结合辨证保留灌肠治疗慢性功能性便秘临床疗效观察

为探讨大肠水疗结合辨证保留灌肠治疗慢性功能性便秘的治疗效果，回顾162例慢性功能性便秘患者资料，其中86例采用大肠水疗结合辨证保留灌肠治疗（治疗组），76例采用常规中药汤剂口服治疗（对照组），对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果显示，治疗组显效46例，有效28例，无效12例，总有效率86．0％；对照组显效36例，有效24例，无效16例，总有效率78．9％；治疗组总有效率高于对照组，P〈o．05。观察显效及有效者6个月，治疗组74例患者中复发12例（16．2％），对照组60例患者中复发18例（30．0％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，大肠水疗结合辨证保留灌肠治疗慢性功能性便秘效果好，治愈后复发率低。

Colorectal Hydrotherapy Combined with Retention Enema According to Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation

The objective of the study was to investigate the efficacy of colorectal hydrotherapy combined with retention enema according to syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. Authors analysed the date of the 162 patients with this disease,in which 86 cases received the combined therapy （as treatment group）, 76 cases, routine administration of decoction of Chinese traditional drugs（as controlled group）,the clinical effects of both groups were compared and analysed. As results,in treatment group excellent response was in 46 cases,response in 28 cases,non-response in 12 cases,total effective rate was 86.0%;in controlled group, respectively in 36,24,16, and was 78. 9%, the former was higher than the later（ P 〈0.05）;the follow-up observation on the patients of excellent response and response for 6 months found that in treatment group 12 of 74 cases （46 ＋ 28） were with recurrence （16.2%） ,in controlled group 18 of 60 cases（36＋24） were with recurrence（30.0%）,the former lower than the later （ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above-mentioned combined therapy has better efficacy for chronic functional constipation,and the recurrence rate after cure is lower.
