双荷包吻合口切断在吻合器痔切除术中的应用

为探讨双荷包及吻合口切断在吻合器痔切除术中的临床应用效果,治疗组116例行吻合器痔切除术时在齿状线上4cm及2cm分别各作一荷包缝合,并在吻合口6,9点纵行切断横行缝合;对照组86例单纯行吻合器痔切除术,比较手术效果。结果显示,治疗组无并发症发生,远、近期疗效均明显优于对照组。

Application of the Procedure of Double Purse-string Suture and Amputation in Hemorrhoidectomy by Stapler

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the procedure of double purse-string suture and amputation in hemorrhoidectomy by stapler. Patients in the study group（ n = 116） underwent the procedure（two purse-string sutures were made 4 cm and 2 cm above the dentate line respectively, then amputated longitudinally at 6 and 9 o＇clock of the anastomotic stoma and sutured transversely）, while patients in the control group（ n =86） underwent hemorrhoidectomy by stapler alone. The therapeutic efficacy of both groups was compared. It is revealed that there was no complication in the study group, and both the short-term and the long-term therapeutic results were better in the study group.
